Very nice home, great instructions for checking in. Manual with instructions was furnished and provided tips about the home and local recommendations. Great response to inquiries and accommodating with request. Nice gift basket upon arrival was great... especially the popcorn!

Our stay at this house was absolutely AMAZING!! We had a group of nine and this house was very spacious for everybody. We did not feel cluttered. Ashley left a complementary wine and treats for us, which was very nice. Everything in the house was as perfectly described and more!! This house is right down the street from Main Street and it was so nice to be close to everything. HEB was right down the road less than five minutes & that was nice. I highly recommend staying at this home, you will enjoy your stay for sure!! Our whole group had said that when we visit back we would definitely stay here again!! Ashley is such a great host, very sweet and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We are very thankful she helped make our stay so enjoyable!!

Ashley’s place was amazing! We come to Texas Hill Country several times a year, and this is our new favorite stay for a couples retreat. The place is beautiful and tranquil, a great place to unwind. There are beautiful views in every direction. Although it feels remote, it’s super close to wineries and to Johnson City, where our favorite brewery is located. We loved our stay!

Had a great time in our stay here. The hot tub was the best part, it had amazing views and lots of wildlife. The bar and restaurant were great, the sweet potato fries were amazing would recommend 1000%.

Clean and cute house. All the furnishings seemed new. We appreciated the 2 king beds as we were two couples traveling together. Fire pit was easy to use and perfect for the coolish April weather.

Had a great time at the cabin. Peaceful and serene location not far from town or the wineries. The bar at the front of the property was a nice plus. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

My family of four stayed here for a few days over Spring Break. The house was clean and spacious and the pool / hot tub was really a hit with the kids. Wisteria was in full bloom above the pool. Ashley was very responsive throughout our stay and had the pool heated for us upon arrival. Highly recommend this house.

We had the best time staying in Fredericksburg for a bachelorette weekend! The house was absolutely perfect for our group, and Ashley was incredibly sweet and welcoming. It made the whole experience even more special—highly recommend!
