Ashley was great and very responsive and accommodating. The place is in a great location just a couple of blocks off Main Street, close enough to walk to everything but quiet enough for a peaceful getaway. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. The location is close to Main Street so you have plenty to do and explore. I would highly recommend!

The place is misleading!! That house is huge!!! I didn’t think it was that big but man was it! We had plenty of room. The place was nice and quiet. Very clean. Ashley was very good with communications. The house is about 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg however that’s what we wanted. Nice quiet place to retreat to. I can’t say enough good things about the house and Ashley.

The place is perfect for a weekend getaway. It was easy to find & peaceful. Lots of pillows and a comfy bed. Ashley even gifted us a bottle of wine which was delicious. It also included a card with a lovely message. I thought that was a very nice gesture.

This place was family friendly but could also be great for a friends trip. Secluded yet walkable to the downtown restaurants. Backyard was so much fun to relax at night. We felt close to our guests, but still private at times when needed. Ashley made everything easy so we could enjoy the town and communication was very clear. Super pleased with our stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you Ashley!

We had 4 couples and reserved both houses at this location. It was absolutely perfect! We congregated at the larger house a lot, but mostly spent our time together in the shared back yard. It was so peaceful and met every need.

Super cute house! We absolutely loved this little house during our girls trip. Beds were super comfortable, had all needed items (kitchen ware, coffee + coffee maker, etc.), local recommendations, clear instructions and so much more! Definitely wanting to stay here again!

Ashley was a wonderful host and we are looking forward to working with her again! The Wine Down Retreat was absolutely gorgeous in a quiet and secluded location. I highly recommend this location and this host!!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Our host was extremely responsive. The house was the perfect size. The beds were so comfortable that my husband and I will be buying the same kind. The house was beautifully decorated and I loved the tall ceilings. The kitchen has almost everything that we needed. The pool and spa were something that we looked forward every day! I highly recommend this rental!
